By offering your vacant space / property while its on the market for lease or sale, you are helping artists have access to affordable art studios, these artists help activate the space by bringing foot traffic to the space / property and also marketing the space via social media channels. All of this increases your chances of finding a permanent tenant and/or selling your space faster.

Offering your space / property to Art Through The Glass is on a month-to-month basis. All we ask is that you give us a 30-day notice to move out our artists.
